As a member bonus, you can bring up to 3 guests per month

who are new to the studio for one free class with you.

This is where your guest should create a new client profile to be set up for their complimentary class! The MindBody app does NOT support this step properly. Please have your guest do this so they enter the appropriate contact information. Use the form below 🙂

Once the profile is created, the member must email info@circlestudios.ca the guest’s full name, class, and date. We’ll reserve their spot and apply the free class. Your guest will receive a confirmation booking by email or text (if opted in).

Please allow 12–24 hours for setup. We cannot guarantee space for last-minute requests. Late cancel policy applies to guests.

Classes start on time. Doors get locked at the start of class. Aim to be 5 minutes early.

The studio is open for 15 minutes before class starts and 15 minutes after class ends.
