Spencer graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014 from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. She also holds an Honours Bachelors of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College.
Through her clinical experiences and education she has focused her practice on treating the body as a whole. With the aim of empowering patients to take their health and wellness into their own hands. She educates and provides each client with self-care techniques such as self-massage, strengthening exercises, stretches and biomechanical assessments to help them decrease pain, improve body awareness, and increase stability and mobility away from the massage table.
Spencer’s treatment style would best be described as deep tissue, with treatments that can be intense yet effective. She treats all musculoskeletal conditions and dysfunctions with a specialized focus on TMJ dysfunction, C-section recovery and abdominal scar management, rib and diaphragm dysfunction, and all other general aches and pains. She utilizes a range of techniques in her treatments including fascial release, soft tissue release, muscle energy, joint mobilizations and taping to help restore pain-free function.
Since 2014 Spencer has traveled to the rural highlands of Guatemala to participate in a medical outreach trip. Providing manual therapy treatments and education to under-served communities in the country.

OSTEOPATHIC MANUAL THERAPY

AARON HASLER
Prior to attending the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, I earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University. My passion for human kinetics led me to assist in children’s movement programs working to help younger populations learn and develop motor skills. During this time I also worked with older populations to build and maintain strength and mobility, it was here where I learned the importance of tailoring individualized programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner I combine my academic background and specialized training to provide effective, patient-centered care using a variety of osteopathic approaches to enhance the body’s natural healing processes. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment for all patients. I use a personalized approach to treatment, working closely with each individual to develop a plan that supports their health and wellness goals.

TRADITIONAL AYURVEDIC ABHYANGA MASSAGE
Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India, originating over 5,000 years ago and is known as the science of life: Ayur = life and Veda = Science or knowledge. It is a holistic medical system that defines health as the connection between mind, body and nature and offers systems to re-establish balance and increase vitality. Ayurveda is a wide-body of knowledge with many applications including diet, lifestyle, exercise, cleansing and body-therapies.
Of the numerous body-therapies ABHYANGA is the cornerstone. It is a full body massage with warm herbal oil applied to the skin that restores balance to the body.
Working head to toe, this massage stimulates circulation through all the systems of the body, rinsing the lymph, nervous and circulatory systems, as well as the bones and soft tissue. Aiding with issues such as inflammation, indigestion and chronic pain, Abhyanga creates movement through the body invigorating all your cells, while deeply detoxifying and relaxing you. Come and experience one of the most ancient healing arts!
“Vitally linked to the profound harmony of the earth, the ancients knew every movement of the cosmos to be filled with universal abhyanga. The leaves and bark of the trees are continually massaged by the wind; the rocks and pebbles are rubbed by the streams and rivers; the animals, brushed by space, wind and the forest, are forever toned by abhyanga.” – Maya Tiwari, Ayurveda: Secrets of Healing
