Hot Yoga (26+2)

The original hot yoga sequence, consisting of 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room 40C with 40% humidity. You’ll stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body. This beginner friendly class will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated! Come well hydrated.


You’ll have tons of fun moving through a yoga sequence assisted by our stretchy yoga hammocks. The fabric acts as a safe prop to aid the body in opening and relaxing while your weight is completely supported. Aerial yoga is great for decompression, circulation, and joint mobility.


Flow seamlessly through yoga postures, linking breath and movement in a warm room (35°C). This all-level class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and deeply rested through the entire body. Modifications are always offered to meet your level of intensity.


In Kundalini yoga, you’ll use breath, eye-focus, and mantra while moving through yoga poses to strengthen your body and enhance energy flow, intuition, and creativity. This style of yoga is a powerful, meditative, and uplifting practice to develop heart awareness and connection to the divine.


This class is a challenging, low impact, high intensity workout. Taking place in our hot room (35°C, 40% humidity) + set to fast-paced music, this class is high energy and super motivating. It helps you tone and strengthen your muscles without the impact more traditional high intensity workouts.

Warm Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a place to slow down and experience stillness. You’ll hold postures for anywhere between two and five minutes. These long holds allow a deep release in your connective tissues. This practice is great for people looking for deep relaxation, stress relief, + rehabilitation.

Gentle Hatha

Bring Zen and harmony into your day with our gentle hatha yoga flow. You will lengthen and strengthen your body through mellow poses. Connect to your breath, allow your mind to be aware of rising thoughts, then release. This practice offers beautiful meditative mind-body balance.

Warm Pilates & Yin Mix

In this fusion of contemporary Pilates and yin yoga, you will strengthen, lengthen, and open your body with deep stretches. In our moderately heated room (35°C) you’ll get warm inside + out, using a mat, squishy balls, and focused movements. This class is fantastic for increased flexibility!
