• Build a sustainable, lifelong practice
Your trainer, Melanie Lourenco: I first stepped into this practice over 20 years ago, and it quickly became something much deeper than just movement. It gave me structure, clarity, and a way to come back to myself – again and again.
I completed my original Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Fall 2007 in Oahu, Hawaii, and have been teaching full-time ever since. Over the years, my relationship with the practice has continued to evolve – through consistent daily practice, additional trainings, and learning from teachers around the world.
In 2016, I opened Circle Studios with the intention of creating a space that felt grounded, welcoming, and rooted in consistency. A place where people could show up as they are, build discipline, and experience the real benefits of this work over time.
Teaching this training is a natural extension of that. It’s not just about learning the dialogue or getting through the postures – it’s about understanding what you’re doing, why it works, and how to support others through it with clarity and care.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor many new teachers, and that continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of this work for me.
If you feel called to go deeper into this practice, I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you.
