Hot Yoga (26+2)

The original hot yoga sequence, consisting of 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room 40C with 40% humidity. You’ll stretch + strengthen every muscle in your body. 60, 75 or 90 min classes. Beginner friendly. Come well hydrated.

WARM VINYASA FLOW

Flow seamlessly through yoga postures, linking breath and movement in a warm room (35°C). This all-level class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and deeply rested through the entire body. Modifications are always offered to meet your level of intensity.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

This class is a challenging, low impact, high intensity workout. Taking place in our hot room (35°C, 40% humidity) + set to fast-paced music, this class is high energy and super motivating. It helps you tone and strengthen your muscles without the impact more traditional high intensity workouts.

Warm Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a place to slow down and experience stillness. You’ll hold postures for anywhere between two and five minutes. These long holds allow a deep release in your connective tissues. This practice is great for people looking for deep relaxation, stress relief, + rehabilitation.

Warm Slow Burn Pilates & Stretch

Contemporary mat-based Pilates in a flowy, full-body juicy workout. In this fusion of contemporary Pilates with a touch of yin yoga, you will strengthen, lengthen, and open your body. In a moderately heated room (35°C) you’ll get warm inside + out, using a mat, squishy ball/weighted balls. With focused movements, this class is fantastic for toning!

Warm Yin Yang Vinaysa

75 mins// A satisfying yoga practice that perfectly blends active yang postures and restorative yin postures. We will begin with guided, deep relaxation and get you moving slowly, building into a more vigorous flow. Once you're warmed up and feeling the burn, we finish our class with some long, deep held yin postures to stretch everything out before landing in a meditative savasana. You won't want this class to end 🙂 This is an all level class in a warmly heated yoga room!

KUNDALINI YOGA

In Kundalini yoga, you’ll use breath, eye-focus, and mantra while moving through yoga poses to strengthen your body and enhance energy flow, intuition, and creativity. This style of yoga is a powerful, meditative, and uplifting practice to develop heart awareness and connection to the divine.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Bring Zen and harmony into your day with our gentle hatha yoga flow. You will lengthen and strengthen your body through mellow poses. Connect to your breath, allow your mind to be aware of rising thoughts, then release. This practice offers beautiful meditative mind-body balance.

AERIAL YOGA

You’ll have tons of fun moving through a yoga sequence assisted by our stretchy yoga hammocks. The fabric acts as a safe prop to aid the body in opening and relaxing while your weight is completely supported. Aerial yoga is great for decompression, circulation, and joint mobility. RESTORATIVE YOGA

Come experience deep intentional rest. This class has minimal movement. Restorative yoga uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support students into passive poses. The use of props allows the body to experience the benefits of a pose without any effort.

You will be guided into 4-6 restful poses and they are held for 5-10 minutes. This allows you to focus on your breath while letting go of tension in your mind and body. Rest, reset and come out of the class feeling rejuvenated.

YOGA PARTIES

We host yoga parties and private classes for any special event! You can customize your party any way you like. The choice is yours, whether it be time in the Aerial Studio, Hot Room, and/or Creative Art Studio. Let your imagination run wild, we can help bring your dream party to life!
