The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MindBody Online. By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

1. All passes are non-refundable.
2. All passes are non-transferable.
3. All prices are in Canadian dollars. (CAD)
4. There is a 1 year expiration date on class cards.
5. Unlimited monthly / yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase.

All services purchased from Circle Studios must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.

All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio. Circle Studios also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.

Furthermore, all applicants release Circle Studios, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

 

Registration & Purchase

To purchase from Circle Studios online system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and not showing up leaves our Therapists at Circle Studios with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other clients that could have enjoyed a treatment during that time. Due to this, clients that do not honor their appointments with Circle Studios will be charged cancellation fees.

At the time of booking, a credit card number is required. Pleased be advised that to cancel any appointment Circle Studios requires at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees.

No cancellations or changes can be made within 48 hours of the appointment. Less than 48 hours, the cancellation of a massage or a treatment will result in a 50% charge on your credit card. Any cancellations or modifications at 24 hours or less will result in a 100% charge on your credit card. Please note that once an appointment is booked–unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect you to be there. ‘Skipped’ appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Workshops, Groups + Courses Cancellation Policy

Registrations and Cancellations are done ONLINE ONLY. All Workshops, Groups + Courses are available for pre-registration via Circle Studios website or MindBody Connect App.* Please log onto your account and cancel from there.

If we announce an event as “SOLD OUT” or “FULL” at the studio or online, no credit will be given after announcement as you have taken a spot that could have been purchased by another student. Credit will be given if your spot is taken by a paying client.

If an individual simply does not show up for a workshop, group or course for which they have enrolled, no refund or credit will be issued.

Single Workshops, Groups + Courses:
Full pre-payment at the time of enrollment is required to reserve a space in workshops, groups + courses. Refunds or cancellations are available up to 48 hours prior to date of the workshop, group + course. If Circle Studios cancels the workshop, Group or Course, a full credit will be issued. Circle Studios reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops, Groups + Courses Series:
Full pre-payment at the time of enrollment is required to reserve a space in workshops, groups + courses. Credits or cancellations are available up to two weeks prior to date of first workshop in series. You may be charged up-to a $50 refund fee for larger payments. No credit given less than two weeks prior to first workshop in series. If Circle Studios cancels the workshop, group or course a full credit will be issued. Circle Studios reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Circle Studios takes the issue of privacy seriously. We respect our visitors right to their privacy and the security of their data. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed below.

 

Personally Identifiable Information:

Circle Studios collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.

When you make a purchase through MindBody Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.

MindBody also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MindBody to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not accessible to any staff that use MindBody system to sign you into class or review your account.

Circle Studios also collects your name and email address if you sign up for our email newsletter.

We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law.

Privacy Policy changes:

Circle Studios may deem it necessary or appropriate from time to time to modify this privacy policy to reflect changes in the way Circle Studios collects or uses information or changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, or industry standards. Accordingly, Circle Studios reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time by posting the revised policy on this site. Information will be handled according to the privacy statement in effect at the time the information is used. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the change on this website.
